In order to enrich campus cultural life and in accordance with the teaching plan, our university has decided to hold the 29th Sports Meeting. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Date and Venue
(1) Date: November 13 (Thursday) –14 (Friday), 2025
(2) Venue: The Athletics Field
II. Participants
All faculty and students (The Staff Group consists of all faculty and staff; The Student Group consists of all students).
III. Important Notes
(1) The sports meeting is considered regular working hours. All faculty and staff are required to check in, and students are not permitted to leave the campus without authorization. 
(2) During the sports meeting, the morning shuttle buses will operate as usual, the midday shuttle buses will be canceled, and the departure time of the 17:20 shuttle bus will be adjusted based on the day's event schedule.
(3) If the sports meeting cannot be held as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, normal work and classes will resume on that day. All departments are requested to make corresponding preparations.
